ST HELENS DOWN RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION- SUBSCRIPTIONS NOW DUE FOR 2010

It was agreed at the AGM in November 2009 that subscriptions for 2010 would remain at £60 per property for the year January to December, or £15 if a household’s income comes solely from a resident on state income support to cover the cost of the public liability insurance. It would be appreciated if payment could be made by 31st May 2010.

The majority of last year’s payments came in promptly but it did take some effort to gather in the last few. Please try to pay on time so there is not the necessity to chase up those still to pay.

As you know, back in 2005 we spent nearly £24,000 on the road surface and repairs etc, and it is important we continue to build up our funds for the next major resurfacing when it becomes due. We also need to have a contingency fund in case there is a major battle to be fought over planning and/or unforeseen problems.

When sending in your subscription, it would be appreciated if you would print off and complete the remittance slip below, as this enables me to match payment and name to property. A receipt will only be issued if payment is made by cash but a cheque, made out to St Helens Down Residents Association, is preferred.
